Wahyu Kartumasindo International is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Support to ensure the stability and security of our IT infrastructure. We are seeking a proactive professional who can manage complex hardware and software environments while providing top-tier technical support to our employees. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that all IT systems align with business goals.
As a Senior IT Support, you will lead technical troubleshooting efforts, manage access control systems, and oversee the maintenance of our digital assets. You will act as a mentor to junior staff and a liaison between our technical teams and business units. We offer a competitive environment where your expertise will drive innovation and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Manage user access control, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and IT asset management.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are fully operational.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Proficient in troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
