We are looking for a dynamic Senior KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join the Private Advertiser team. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our digital growth strategy, bridging the gap between our brand and the digital landscape. You will leverage the power of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate networks to maximize brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
As a Senior Specialist, you will not only manage campaigns but also analyze market trends to optimize performance. You will act as the bridge between our marketing team and content creators, ensuring that every partnership delivers measurable results. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with top-tier influencers and affiliate partners across various platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from negotiation and content approval to performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign data, ROI, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights and optimize future strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand message consistency across all influencer collaborations.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong network of contacts within the Indonesian digital and media landscape.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media insights, and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, HasOffers, or internal tools).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and deadline management.
