Join Reolink Technology Pte Ltd as a Senior Inhouse Legal Counsel and drive legal excellence in the dynamic IT industry. This pivotal role combines strategic legal advisory with hands-on operational support to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and protect corporate interests. You'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with global data protection laws, drafting technology contracts, mitigating intellectual property risks, and supporting cross-border transactions. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align legal strategies with innovation goals while maintaining ethical standards and corporate governance. Tanggung Jawab
- Advise on IT industry-specific legal matters including software licensing, SaaS agreements, and data privacy regulations
- Manage contract lifecycle for vendor agreements, partnerships, and customer engagements
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks for GDPR, CCPA, and regional data regulations
- Conduct legal risk assessments for product launches and business initiatives
- Represent company in negotiations and dispute resolutions with stakeholders
- Maintain corporate governance documentation and board reporting
- Lead legal training programs for technical and non-technical teams
Kualifikasi
- LLB or equivalent law degree with admission to Singapore Bar
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
- Proven track record in IT/technology sector legal practice
- Expertise in data privacy, intellectual property, and technology contracts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant certifications in technology law or data protection preferred
