Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced Android applications using Kotlin, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendliness.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level Android developers, fostering best practices and coding standards.
- Drive architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensure the overall quality and scalability of the Android codebase.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, debugging complex problems across the application stack.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and mobile development best practices to continuously improve our applications.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and support.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development, with a significant focus on Kotlin.
- Proven track record in a Senior or Lead Android Developer role, with experience mentoring team members.
- Deep understanding of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and how to deal with screen sizes and resolutions.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and clean architecture principles.
- Experience with popular Android libraries and frameworks (e.g., Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose).
- Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud messaging APIs.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (unit, integration, UI tests).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
