We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Engineer - Identity Access Management to join our dynamic team in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be empowered to shape the future of our digital security infrastructure, ensuring robust protection for our assets while delivering seamless user experiences.
You will lead the strategy and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions, driving innovation in our security posture. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IAM architectures, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity protocols. Your expertise will ensure compliance with global security standards and regulatory requirements, safeguarding Macquarie’s reputation as a trusted financial institution.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM projects, from strategy definition to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and implement secure, scalable Identity and Access Management architectures using industry-leading technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of SSO, MFA, and federated identity solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
- Develop and enforce robust access control policies to mitigate security risks.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of IAM systems.
- Partner with IT security, compliance, and business units to align IAM strategies with organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Identity Access Management, IAM Architecture, or Identity Governance.
- Deep technical knowledge of IAM protocols, standards, and best practices (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Proven experience implementing and managing SSO and MFA solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# for IAM automation and scripting.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
