Tanggung Jawab
- Administer dialysis treatments to patients with acute and chronic kidney failure
- Monitor patients during dialysis procedures and promptly respond to any complications or adverse reactions
- Maintain and operate dialysis equipment according to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans for dialysis patients
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff on dialysis procedures, patient care protocols, and emergency response
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control policies and healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification
- Current and valid nursing license in Singapore
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in dialysis or nephrology nursing
- Certification in dialysis nursing or nephrology is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of renal diseases, dialysis procedures, and related medications
- Excellent patient assessment skills and ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
- Strong communication skills with ability to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare documentation systems
