Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all legal affairs, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian commercial laws, investment regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including contracts, MOUs, and agreements with third parties.
- Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and strategic implications for business operations.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in current processes.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies, training programs, and standard operating procedures.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government regulators, and industry bodies as needed.
- Manage dispute resolution processes and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (L.L.B.) from a reputable university, with a focus on Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Legal Compliance, Asset Management, or the Financial Services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Investment Law, Capital Market regulations, and OJK guidelines.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian, with superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in managing regulatory filings and ensuring corporate governance adherence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal codes and apply them practically.
- Professional membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) is highly preferred.
