Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end corporate legal compliance including SPV structures, licensing, and regulatory adherence
- Lead contract negotiations and drafting for business partnerships, M&A activities, and vendor agreements
- Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks aligned with Indonesian and international regulations
- Advise executive leadership on legal risks, regulatory changes, and strategic business decisions
- Oversee litigation management, dispute resolution, and external legal counsel coordination
- Ensure compliance with data protection, labor, and corporate finance regulations
- Maintain corporate legal documentation and manage intellectual property portfolios
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Law with S.H./Advocate certification from PERADI
- 7+ years of progressive legal experience in corporate/SPV structures
- Proven expertise in Indonesian commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract management
- Strong understanding of cross-border transactions and international legal frameworks
- Certification in corporate governance (GCG) or compliance management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with advanced drafting capabilities
