Finns Beach Club, a global destination for premier entertainment and luxury lifestyle, is seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Legal Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali.
As our Senior Legal Manager, you will serve as the cornerstone of our corporate governance, providing high-level counsel on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You will work closely with executive leadership to navigate the complex legal landscape of the Indonesian hospitality and entertainment sector, ensuring that our operations remain compliant, protected, and poised for continuous growth.
This role is designed for a dynamic leader who excels in high-stakes environments and possesses the foresight to anticipate legal challenges before they arise. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategies while maintaining the integrity and reputation of the Finns brand.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all legal operations, ensuring alignment with Indonesian law and international corporate standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, lease agreements, and partnership MOUs.
- Provide expert legal counsel to executive management regarding operational risks, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage external legal counsel and represent the company in administrative or legal proceedings when necessary.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and training programs to mitigate organizational liability.
- Oversee licensing, permits, and intellectual property portfolios to protect company assets.
- Manage labor law compliance and provide guidance on employment-related matters within the hospitality industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum), Master’s degree (LLM or S2) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian commercial law, contract law, and labor regulations.
- Professional certification as an Advocate (PERADI) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in risk assessment, complex negotiation, and crisis management.
- Excellent fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to draft complex legal documentation in both languages.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
