Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all corporate legal affairs including contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with Indonesian and international regulations
- Conduct legal due diligence for overseas mining projects and joint ventures
- Advise senior management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and dispute resolution
- Oversee intellectual property protection and corporate governance matters
- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and external legal counsel
- Manage legal budgets and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree (S.H.) with minimum 7 years of corporate legal experience
- Experience in mining, natural resources, or heavy industry preferred
- Strong expertise in Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks
- Certified in compliance management or corporate governance (e.g., ICSA)
- Proven track record in cross-border legal transactions and due diligence
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
