Tanggung Jawab
- Manage corporate licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance for property operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various business agreements, including service contracts and property lease agreements.
- Oversee immigration and work permit processes for expatriate staff (KITAS/KITAP).
- Provide expert legal advisory support to internal departments regarding operational risks.
- Liaise with government authorities, notaries, and external legal counsel as needed.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and corporate records to ensure audit readiness.
- Stay updated on changing regulations regarding tourism, hospitality, and property investment in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum); a Master's degree (LLM/M.Kn) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate legal, property law, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land/property law, corporate entity structure, and immigration regulations.
- Proven ability to draft formal legal documents in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in the OBA (Online Single Submission) system is highly preferred.
