Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents to protect company interests.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to management regarding corporate policies, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage corporate licensing, permits, and legal filings to ensure full adherence to Indonesian laws and regional regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel to handle litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory audits.
- Monitor legislative changes that may impact business operations and provide briefings to stakeholders.
- Maintain a structured legal database and ensure the accuracy of all corporate legal records.
- Support corporate actions, including but not limited to, company restructuring, mergers, or acquisition due diligence processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting or a top-tier law firm.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Civil Law, and Employment regulations.
- Certified in PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) or holding an active PERADI license is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in legal documentation drafting and proficiency in office software suites.
