Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage litigation cases and arbitration proceedings from initiation to final resolution.
- Develop and implement strategic legal arguments for complex civil and commercial disputes.
- Draft high-quality legal documents, pleadings, motions, and memorandums.
- Provide expert legal counsel to corporate clients regarding risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and various legal forums.
- Supervise and mentor junior legal staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progression.
Kualifikasi
- Advocate license (PERADI) is strictly required.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Deep expertise in Indonesian Civil Procedure and commercial law.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet stringent court deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to complex legal problems.
