The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Logistics Officer to manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations in Indonesia. This role is critical to ensuring our supply chain remains agile, compliant, and cost-effective. You will be the primary driver of logistics excellence, working closely with global and local teams to support our business growth.
As a Senior Logistics Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders. Your deep knowledge of SAP ERP and customs procedures will be instrumental in coordinating effectively with forwarders, optimizing routes, and mitigating supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customs clearance. Your expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP, will be essential for tracking shipments, managing documentation, and generating actionable reports. You will also negotiate with carriers, manage forwarder relationships, and ensure continuous compliance with all Indonesian customs and trade regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics for the Indonesia region, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to optimize freight costs and service levels.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, BKPM guidelines, and international trade laws.
- Leverage SAP ERP (MM/SD) to track inventory, process orders, and generate logistics performance reports.
- Lead the import/export documentation process, ensuring accuracy of shipping documents and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Sales, Warehouse) to align logistics activities with business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
- Provide leadership and coaching to junior logistics staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing or electronics sector.
- Deep expertise in Indonesian customs regulations and import/export compliance.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (MM and/or SD modules) is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
