Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of products nationwide
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, providing training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols and compliance measures
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and inventory records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics operations
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
