Join our team as a Senior Loss Prevention Officer and become a guardian of safety and security. In this critical role, you'll protect our property assets and ensure a secure environment for guests and staff through proactive surveillance and rapid response protocols. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive property patrols, real-time CCTV monitoring, and management of perimeter alarm systems to deter theft and unauthorized access. You'll be the first point of contact for guests requiring room access assistance while maintaining strict security compliance. This position demands exceptional situational awareness and the ability to coordinate emergency responses effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of all property areas to identify and mitigate security risks
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm networks for suspicious activities and immediate incident response
- Manage guest access control systems while providing security-related assistance
- Investigate loss incidents, theft reports, and security breaches with thorough documentation
- Coordinate emergency protocols including duress alarm activations and perimeter breaches
- Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs for compliance and audit purposes
- Train junior staff on security procedures and emergency response protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loss prevention, security operations, or related field
- Valid security officer certification and first aid/CPR training
- Proficiency in CCTV operation, alarm systems, and access control technologies
- Strong observational skills with ability to detect irregularities in high-traffic environments
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting and documentation
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
- Basic knowledge of Singapore's security regulations and compliance standards
