- Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical installations across construction sites
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for M&E works
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project milestones
- Ensure adherence to sustainable building practices and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of M&E coordination experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and industry standards
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle complex projects
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or M&E specialization
- Proficiency in project management software and technical drawing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
