Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for M&E projects with HVAC specialization
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and variations for compliance
- Conduct site visits to validate quantities, assess progress, and resolve financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to optimize contractual outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive cost reporting and forecasting throughout project lifecycles
- Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to maximize value and mitigate risks
- Ensure adherence to FIDIC contracts and Singapore building regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience as M&E Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years in HVAC projects
- Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Expertise in construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost management systems
- Proven track record in managing large-scale mechanical/electrical projects
- Advanced proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills
