Spraying Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Machining & Fabrication Technician to join our production facility in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for high-precision machining operations, complex welding tasks, and the continuous improvement of our fabrication SOPs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and program manual and CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-precision components.
- Perform high-quality welding tasks (TIG/MIG) on various industrial materials according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions with high accuracy.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance machining and fabrication workflows.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operational uptime and safety standards.
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in troubleshooting production bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations within the workshop.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in precision machining (Milling/Lathe) and metal fabrication.
- Proven expertise in welding techniques, specifically TIG and MIG welding.
- Technical certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and CAD drawings.
- Proven track record in developing technical SOPs and process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality control.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
