Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including budget versus actual performance variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts to support company goals.
- Perform comprehensive cost accounting and inventory analysis to optimize profitability.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities and financial operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and internal controls.
- Assist external and internal auditors during periodic financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related business field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced functions).
- Familiarity with ERP software or accounting information systems.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
