Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including budget versus actual performance variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Maintain and monitor fixed asset registers and inventory valuation records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to track departmental spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial requirements and internal accounting policies.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a finance-related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights.
