Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to track organizational performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Lead the budget preparation and financial planning processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies, providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations to management.
- Oversee cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation and overhead allocation.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions and capital investment appraisals.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance data reporting accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex modeling) and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
