- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and healthcare regulations

- Oversee budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation across departments
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external agencies
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive management experience in healthcare or related industry
- Demonstrated track record in strategic planning, operational management, and change leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and process improvement techniques
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare systems, regulations, and industry trends
