Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Oversee end-to-end performance management systems and compensation & benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and high retention rates.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industrial relations, and company policies.
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Manage organizational design and change management initiatives to support operational expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act).
- Proven track record in driving HR transformation and managing large-scale organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into HR strategy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- High level of agility and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure retail environment.
