Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end technology transformation programs for banking and financial services clients.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for core banking modernization, cloud migration, and digital payment initiatives.
- Manage senior-level client relationships, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor high-performing cross-functional project teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
- Oversee business process re-engineering efforts to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
- Identify emerging technology trends in fintech and provide strategic counsel to leadership teams.
- Manage project P&L, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies across the portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation roles within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong expertise in core banking systems, digital transformation, and IT architecture.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-million dollar technology implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of Singapore's financial regulatory environment and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or relevant cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.
