Join Resorts World Sentosa's prestigious Building Enhancement Team as a Senior Manager and lead transformative architectural and engineering projects. This 3-year contract role offers the opportunity to shape the future of one of Asia's premier integrated resorts through strategic building upgrades and refurbishments. You'll oversee complex A&A (Architectural & Engineering) initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in building design, construction methodologies, and facility management while maintaining operational excellence during renovations. This position requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in construction project management and a passion for creating world-class guest experiences.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end building enhancement projects including architectural, structural, and MEP upgrades
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines with KPI tracking
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to minimize operational disruption during renovations
- Conduct feasibility studies and present technical proposals to leadership
- Implement quality control processes and resolve complex construction challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction/renovation projects
- 5+ years in managerial roles with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven expertise in Singapore BCA regulations and construction standards
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in integrated resort or hospitality facility management
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
