- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, audit requirements, and organizational policies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business operations or financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis software.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams effectively.
