- Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead executive compensation programs, including equity plans and performance-based incentives
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and global compensation regulations
- Manage total rewards budget and ROI analysis for cost-effective programs
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders on compensation philosophy
- Oversee HRIS administration for compensation and benefits modules
- Develop and deliver total rewards communications to enhance employee understanding
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Deep expertise in Singapore labor laws and global compensation practices
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford)
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- HRIS proficiency (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms)
- Professional certifications (CCP, GRP, or CSCP) highly desirable
- Experience in high-growth or multinational environments
