  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and global compensation regulations
  • Manage total rewards budget and ROI analysis for cost-effective programs
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders on compensation philosophy
  • Oversee HRIS administration for compensation and benefits modules
  • Develop and deliver total rewards communications to enhance employee understanding

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with 3+ years in managerial roles
  • Deep expertise in Singapore labor laws and global compensation practices
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in compensation analysis tools (e.g., Mercer, Radford)
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • HRIS proficiency (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms)
  • Professional certifications (CCP, GRP, or CSCP) highly desirable
  • Experience in high-growth or multinational environments
