We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager (Construction) to join our team in Selangor. In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our flagship development projects, ensuring that our ambitious vision is translated into high-quality, safe, and efficient physical realities.
As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial site preparation to final handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure that every phase of construction adheres to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards (OSHA/DOSH).
- Drive communication and coordination between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress daily to identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate project risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
- Manage project reporting, including budget tracking, progress updates, and variance analysis for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in large-scale construction project management within Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing large multidisciplinary site teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical CAD software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to site management.
- Professional registration (e.g., BEM/IEM) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
