- Drive strategic consulting engagements, delivering tailored insights that improve client ROI and market penetration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate disparate data sources into a cohesive, client-facing value proposition.
- Build and maintain long-term executive relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic advisory.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and pain points through sophisticated trend analysis and predictive modeling.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and strategic thinking.
- Present complex findings to senior stakeholder audiences with clarity and influence.
- Monitor and improve the commercial success metrics of our customer success portfolio within the assigned region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in market research, management consulting, or customer success strategy.
- Deep understanding of retail, CPG, and consumer insights landscapes.
- Proven track record of managing multi-market client portfolios and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in data visualization and storytelling (PowerPoint, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote or cross-cultural teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
