Join Singapore Telecommunications as a Senior Manager, Cost & Contract Management for Data Centre projects and drive financial excellence in one of Asia's most critical infrastructure domains. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for data centre construction and expansion projects
- Oversee contract management lifecycle including negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination of vendor agreements
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project expenditure within budget constraints
- Conduct risk assessments and financial audits for data centre contracts to ensure compliance and value delivery
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to align cost management with technical specifications
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and KPI dashboards for executive stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certifications preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in cost/contract management with 5+ years in data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Singaporean construction contracts, procurement laws, and FIDIC standards
- Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar project budgets and vendor negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and cost estimation software (e.g., Primavera, SAP)
- Professional certifications in PMP, CIPS, or Contract Management (e.g., CPCM) highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
