Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows within the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology.

  • Manage departmental projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inter-departmental collaborations and stakeholder management.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal institutional policies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding division performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a surgical or oncology setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills (PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced medical environment.
  • Proficiency in hospital information systems and standard office productivity software.
