Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily operational workflows within the Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology.
- Lead and mentor administrative teams to ensure high-performance standards and goal alignment.
- Manage departmental projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inter-departmental collaborations and stakeholder management.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal institutional policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding division performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a surgical or oncology setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills (PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced medical environment.
- Proficiency in hospital information systems and standard office productivity software.
