Are you a seasoned Facilities Management professional looking for a strategic leadership role? Markono Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities (BCA-Certified) to lead our operations in the West Region. In this pivotal position, you will take full ownership of building management, ensuring that all facilities operate at peak efficiency while strictly adhering to regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all facilities management operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency response protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, optimizing costs through strategic vendor management and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the facilities operations team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and stakeholders to deliver superior service levels.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to maintain a safe and secure building environment.
- Implement sustainability programs and facilities improvement projects aligned with company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- BCA Senior Facilities Manager Certification or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and facility management best practices.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse operations team.
