Ng Teng Fong General Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager (Facilities Management) to lead our facilities operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality across our healthcare campus.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee comprehensive engineering projects, manage facility maintenance programs, and ensure a safe, compliant environment for all patients, visitors, and staff members. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise facilities management team to ensure efficient daily operations and maintenance activities across the hospital campus
- Oversee engineering projects including planning, execution, budget management, and quality assurance throughout all phases
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines in all facilities operations
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and monitor contractor performance to maintain service quality
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for facilities operations
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop long-term facilities strategy and capital improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, preferably within healthcare or large institutional environment
- Professional certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM, or equivalent) is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, regulations, and healthcare facility compliance requirements
- Proven track record in project management, budget administration, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in facilities management software, CAD systems, and Microsoft Office applications
