Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering, Software Development, or Program Management.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks and architecture patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working within the semiconductor or technology industry is highly desirable.
