We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Finance to join the leadership team at Sime Darby Property CapitaLand (Melawati Mall). In this key position, you will be responsible for leading the Finance and Credit Control functions, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, optimizing cash flow management, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in driving the organization's financial performance and providing actionable insights to support business growth.
This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between finance and operations, ensuring that financial strategies align with corporate objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Finance and Credit Control departments, overseeing all financial operations, reporting cycles, and strategic planning.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Develop and implement robust credit control policies and procedures to mitigate bad debts and ensure efficient cash flow.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal corporate governance policies.
- Manage banking relationships, oversee treasury activities, and coordinate external audits and tax filings.
- Mentor, coach, and develop finance staff to enhance team capabilities and drive high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within the property development or retail sector.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, and credit control frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
