Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Finance Operations team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Assume full accountability for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting and accounting cycles.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide accurate budget forecasts and variance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows and leverage technology for efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial performance reports for senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and financial reporting standards in Singapore.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and high-level Excel modeling skills.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
