Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Proven track record in leadership roles, with experience managing finance teams
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
