Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives and drive profitable growth
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Penang site
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Oversee financial risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams through coaching and mentorship
- Optimize financial operations through process improvement and technology adoption
- Analyze financial performance and present insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with external partners including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing industry
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial compliance regulations
