Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general ledger management, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Lead regional tax compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to Singapore tax regulations
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial processes
- Manage financial audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in financial operations through automation and process optimization
- Prepare board-level financial analysis and strategic recommendations
- Lead and develop high-performing finance teams through coaching and mentorship
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in Singapore tax regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Proven track record in managing regional finance operations
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience mentoring finance teams
