- Lead and drive the development of long-term strategic roadmaps for Group Pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate and implement cross-institutional projects to standardize pharmacy services and enhance patient safety.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization and resource allocation.
- Foster strong partnerships with clinical departments, corporate stakeholders, and external regulatory bodies.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance standards.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a hospital or group-level setting.
- Proven track record in project management and implementation of large-scale initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to work with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare regulatory landscape and pharmacy practice standards.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and project management software is highly advantageous.
