Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and mission
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leadership and department heads
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for specialized roles
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Manage employee relations, addressing complex issues with empathy and professionalism
- Drive organizational development initiatives including succession planning and leadership development
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in non-profit or social services sector highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking ability with demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and metrics
- Experience managing HR teams and developing talent within organizations
