Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational objectives into actionable HR strategies and people solutions.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the alignment of talent acquisition and development with research goals.
- Drive end-to-end performance management and talent development cycles for diverse teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on complex employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the agency.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights that improve employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee compensation and benefits implementation to ensure market competitiveness in the scientific sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or IHRP certification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably within public sector or research-intensive environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore Employment Law and local human capital regulations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale organizational change and complex project lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth scientific environment.
