Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Employee Relations function, handling complex grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with a focus on fairness and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and Thomson Reuters global standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations within the Philippines.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through employee engagement activities and effective internal communication.
- Oversee HR operations and process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Law, and HR Advisory.
- Proven experience in managing organizational change, process improvement, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or a global organization is highly desirable.
