- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to create targeted training programs
- Oversee the management of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Measure and report on program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI analysis
- Partner with department heads to create leadership development and succession planning programs
- Manage L&D budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive L&D experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
- Strong experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
- Track record of designing and implementing leadership development programs
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
