Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve 95%+ occupancy targets
- Lead tenant acquisition, negotiations, and relationship management for premium retail brands
- Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns spanning digital, events, and community engagement
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior data
- Manage a high-performing leasing and marketing team with KPI-driven performance systems
- Optimize tenant mix through data-driven category planning and space allocation
- Drive revenue growth through strategic rental pricing and value-added tenant partnerships
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for seamless mall operations and budget adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in retail leasing/marketing with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and successful mall launches
- Expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and lease agreement negotiations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and retail analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of Malaysian retail landscape and tenant ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
