- Conduct strategic analysis of recruitment databases to identify and engage potential recruits effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract early-career professionals to SGH.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand talent networks.
- Coordinate career development workshops, campus recruitment events, and talent fairs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve the overall candidate experience.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of early-career staff into the hospital environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs and talent requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management, preferably in the healthcare or corporate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams or strategic projects.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
