Join Sport Excellence Singapore (SpexSG) as a pivotal Senior Manager/ Manager of Finance on a 3-year contract. This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead the full spectrum of accounting operations for a leading sports organization. You'll drive financial excellence through comprehensive account closures, operational oversight, GST compliance, and the delivery of insightful financial and management reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end/year-end closures and financial statement preparation
- Manage financial operations, ensuring strict compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead financial and management reporting processes for executive stakeholders
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Optimize financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic business objectives
- Mentor finance team members while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) mandatory
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in management
- Expertise in Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in sports, public sector, or non-profit organizations highly advantageous
