You are the backbone of our finance operations, ensuring robust finance internal controls, strategic cash flow management, and HR integration. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager or Manager of Finance to lead our financial functions in Bukit Minyak, Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance operations and establish robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage strategic cash flow, liquidity, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team within the Penang region.
- Collaborate closely with HR to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for executive management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance management or senior accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
