Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the digital transformation of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee financial operations for HQ-RDF SERC & Systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned departments or projects
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and professional development
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial management
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in financial systems implementation and digital transformation
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis within a research or technology organization
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of finance professionals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
